Compensation:
- Starting pay of $28.00 per hour
- Continuing education reimbursement up to $2,000 annually

Education: associate degree
Qualifications:
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered care
- Commitment to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes
- Desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients and teammates
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (PROMPT preferred)
- Dry Needling certification is a plus
- Graston Technique certification is a plus
- Experience with the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) is a plus
- Motivated to continue learning and developing clinical expertise
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one, 45-minute treatment sessions for orthopedic patients
- Treat a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Implement treatment plans developed in collaboration with Physical Therapists
- Complete daily documentation, billing, and visit notes accurately and on time
- Assist with insurance authorizations as needed
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and clinical in-services
- Support sports performance programs through individual and small group training opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment and assist with daily clinic operations
- Reconnect with former patients and support patient engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and Athletic Trainers to optimize patient outcomes
